Simply Greek is a new endeavor by Andreas Hartas, who owns the popular restaurant Famous Andy's Pizzeria. Initially, Hartas had intended to open a second pizza location, but the pandemic inspired a change in course. Drawing on his Greek heritage, Hartas decided to open a Greek restaurant. Partnering with Jason Kuch, Simply Greek focuses primarily on takeout and delivery, making it convenient for diners to enjoy delicious Greek food at home. However, a limited number of tables are available for those who wish to dine in.
